FE Youth Leadership Program
Empowering young leaders, building stronger communities.
Future Envision cooperates with the National Youth Council Singapore to empower internationally minded young people through leadership, service, and meaningful engagement with Singapore society. By connecting international schools, local communities and public institutions, the programme sets out to cultivate a generation of globally aware and socially responsible leaders.
Students take initiative and lead with confidence, give back through service, work on projects with real impact, build connections locally and globally, and grow in communication and teamwork. Every participant receives an official Certificate of Achievement.
Run with the National Youth Council Singapore, West Coast Community Club, Willing Hearts and Blossom World Society.

Halloween Community Festival — Youth Production Team
Design the experience. Build the community. Lead the change.
The first cohort of the Youth Leadership Program is producing one of Singapore’s largest community Halloween celebrations, run by Future Envision with West Coast Community Club and supported by the National Youth Council Singapore and West Coast Youths. Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for Education, is the expected Guest of Honour.
Ten to fifteen international school students in grades 8–12 were recruited to the production team for August to October 2026. They trained and formed the team in August, ran design workshops and material preparation in September, and take the festival itself through venue setup and community engagement in October.

The fifth edition of the forum, and its Singapore stop. Future Envision is one of the participating schools, alongside consultants and educators from Singapore and China.
